What to expect from a Valo valuation
We use your property details to find recent listings for comparable homes. Asking prices provide market context; they are not confirmed sale prices.
Enter the street, house number and town in Spain, then choose the matching address. You’ll add the size and number of bedrooms; an address alone doesn’t identify an individual apartment.
Your report should explain the calculation, its sources and its limits. An initial estimate does not replace a professional visit. If there aren’t enough comparable homes, no figure will be shown.
Your report can show up to three local offices, compared on verified information. Your contact details are only shared with an office if you tap Contact me and confirm.
What does the number mean?
The estimate shows what homes like yours nearby are advertised for, scaled to your home’s size. It is an asking-price value: sellers can ask more than buyers end up paying, so treat it as a starting point, not a sale price.
For now the range is a fixed 15% either side. It isn’t a measure of accuracy: asking prices vary, and we don’t yet adjust for condition, views or extras such as a pool.
Why do you ask for my name, email and mobile?
Your report needs somewhere to go. We use your details for your report and, only if you ask, to follow up.
An office only sees your details if you tap Contact me on it and confirm what is shared. Viewing the offices in your report shares nothing.
Is Valo free?
Yes. Your estimate is free, and so is asking an agent to contact you. Agents pay to be shown beside a valuation. They can never pay to be ranked higher. Paid visibility isn’t live yet.
Offices are compared on verified similar sales, distance from your home and verified reviews, and an office only contacts you if you ask it to.
Where can I get a valuation?
We’re starting in Marbella, including Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro. You can search for any address in Spain, but valuations will open area by area and depend on enough recent comparable homes nearby.
If there isn’t enough evidence for your home, we tell you and show no figure rather than guessing.
