How to read the estimate

Asking prices are not confirmed sale prices. The current range is a provisional band, not a measure of accuracy. If there is not enough evidence, your report shows no price.

Three steps

From your address
to your estimate.

Start with what you know about your home. We’ll explain what the available market evidence can tell you.

  1. Find your home

Enter your address in Spain and confirm the property.

  2. Add the details

Tell us its type, size and bedrooms, along with what makes it yours.

  3. Open your report

Provide your name, email and mobile. Save the private report link to return later.

What does the estimate mean?

It is based on similar nearby asking prices, not confirmed sale prices. The current range is a provisional band of 15% either side of the estimate, not a measure of accuracy. Have a local agent assess your home before setting an asking price.

How we calculate the estimate

Where is VALO available?

We’re starting in Marbella, including Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro. You can search for an address in Spain, but an estimate depends on enough recent comparable homes nearby. If there is not enough evidence, your report shows no price.

Why do you need my name, email and mobile?

These details are saved with your private report. If you later ask an office to contact you, they are the details shared after your confirmation. Creating a report does not contact an agent or subscribe you to updates.

Your report opens on screen. Save its private link to return to it later.

How your details are used

What happens if I ask an office to contact me?

You confirm the named office before your saved contact details and property summary are shared. Viewing profiles or using their public contact links sends no request through VALO. A contact request does not book a visit.

Is VALO free?

Yes. Your report and requests for agent contact are free for you. VALO’s planned business model charges offices for qualifying report views and confirmed contact requests. Charging is not active. Payment never improves an office’s ranking.
